Welcome to Goman Live ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered localization management platform, including our website, applications, APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, and any related services.

By accessing or using Goman Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

1. Service Description

Goman Live is an AI-powered localization and translation management platform that provides:

• Translation Management: Centralized storage and management of translation key-value pairs across multiple languages, with support for namespaces, versioning, and various export formats (JSON).
• AI-Powered Translation: Automated translation services using Large Language Models (LLMs) with context-aware translation through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and customizable prompts.
• MCP Integration: Model Context Protocol integration allowing you to manage translations directly from supported IDEs (VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and others).
• Collaboration Features: Team access controls, shared applications, and granular permission management.
• API Access: RESTful APIs and public URLs for programmatic access to translations and platform features.
• Datasets & Prompts: Management of AI training datasets and customizable translation prompts with version control.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using your email address and password, or through supported social authentication providers (Google, GitHub). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Safeguarding your API keys and not sharing them publicly
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account

2.3 API Keys

API keys generated through the Service are confidential and should be treated as sensitive credentials. You must not embed API keys in client-side code, share them in public repositories, or expose them in any way that could allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or misused.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Plans and Limits

The Service offers various subscription tiers (Start, Creator, Partners, and custom plans) with different usage limits including:

• Maximum number of translation keys
• Maximum number of applications (projects)
• Maximum number of languages per application
• AI token limits (input and output tokens per billing period)
• Number of team members (collaborators)
• Dataset entries and prompts

3.2 Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

3.3 Exceeding Limits

If you exceed your plan's limits, certain features may be restricted until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins. We will notify you when you approach your limits.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. This includes:

• Managing translations for your software applications
• Using AI translation features for legitimate localization needs
• Integrating with IDEs via MCP for development workflows
• Collaborating with team members on translation projects

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to translate or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the AI features to generate content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, user interface, and underlying technology, is and will remain the exclusive property of Goman Live and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all translation content, datasets, prompts, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Translations and other content generated by our AI features are provided as suggestions and tools to assist your localization workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. AI outputs may not be perfect and should be verified for accuracy.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

6.4 Data Export

You may export your translations and data at any time using our export features (JSON) or API endpoints.

7. Access Control and Sharing

When you share an application with other users:

• You are responsible for granting appropriate permissions
• Shared users' actions within your application count against your usage limits
• You can revoke access at any time
• You remain responsible for all content in your applications

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party tools and services including:

• IDE integrations via MCP (VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Desktop, Warp, Goose)
• Authentication providers (Google, GitHub via Firebase)
• Payment processors

These integrations are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, content, or practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• AI-generated translations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all translations before use in production environments.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOMAN LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Damages arising from translation errors or inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goman Live, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your Content or any content you translate using the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data unless you export it beforehand.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• Required by law

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goman Live.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
